Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with  leaders in their disciplines.  In conducting our work, we respect that their chief jobs  are to tend the sick, bring arts to their communities, teach, assist the frail, rebuild lost lives, and help those in great need.  Our job is to make sure they can do their jobs.  And, as they will tell you, we're good at our job. 




A Selection of our Clients includes:


  •      City of Gloucester, MA.  We are developing grant proposals for City programs.
  •       Waltham Partnership for Youth, Waltham, MA.  We are conducting a comprehensive community plan to address youth violence, reduce and prevent substance abuse, enhance social-emotional supports for pre-schoolers, and integrate mental health and education programs in the communities of Waltham, MA.
  •       American Orchid Society, Delray Beach, FL - We facilitated and managed a planning process to develop a three-year plan for growth.
  • Department of Public Health, City of Gloucester, MA -- We wrote a funding proposal that resulted in a $500,000 grant over five years to help reduce opiate overdoses in the city. 
  • Unity Center, Cambridge, MA -- we are providing executive leadership coaching, strategic planning and organizational structure for start-up operations of a church.
  • Ellington Fund for the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Washington, DC – We have worked with Ellington to offer executive leadership coaching, facilitation of a process to create an integrated arts and academics curriculum, and a direct mail program that is being implemented right now. The campaign is designed to provide information about market interests as well as raise money.  Thus far we have exceeded results from Annual Appeal of previous years by approximately $20,000.  
  • Massanutten Military Academy, Woodstock, VA We are facilitating and managing a strategic planning process for this private military high school.
  • Caribou Parks and Recreation Foundation, Caribou, ME - We are planning and executing a capital campaign to build a wellness center for exercise, recreation, and community activities.  Goal of the campaign is $6.5 million.  The campaign is in the initial stages of implementation.  Thus far they have raised $2.2 million toward their goal.
  •  Vroooom!, Inc., Morehead City, NC – We managed and facilitated a strategic planning process to help the company reposition itself in the market and take advantage of growth opportunities.
  • NCCoast Communications, Inc., Morehead City, NC - We facilitated sessions to resolve conflicts among 60 staff members.  We also facilitated a planning retreat to help board and management identify roles, establish executive job descriptions, and describe business processes.
  • Faxon Animal Rescue League of Fall River, Fall River, MA - We developed a the institution's first comprehensive fundraising campaign, engineered a challenge gift of $100,000 and constructed funding proposals valued at $30,000.  Our work together emphasized board development, systems development, and fundraising training. 
  • Farnum Center, Manchester, NH - We established a grantwriting program that resulted in over $1.6 million in 18 months.
  • LRGHealthcare, Laconia, NH – We established a planned giving program to further build the endowment.  Results from the program we established:  first year, $6,000 in new gifts; second year, $75,000; and third year, $225,000.
  • Maine School Administrative District #71, Kennebunk, ME – We helped the Guidance Department conduct an evaluation process and strategic plan for redesigning all the department to meet additional services.
  • River Tree Arts, Kennebunk, ME - We helped the organization establish its first major gifts program and achieved $500,000 in 8 gifts within 4 months.
  • Ogunquit Arts Collaborative, Ogunquit, ME – We helped the OAC seek and receive 501(c)(3) determination and establish start-up operations.  WIn subsequent years, we helped the organization design a capital campaign that resulted the donatoin of their building valued at $385,000.
